Oh, it's possible!
I've been playing with some great cookie recipes this week, and I'm happy to share!
*RAW Cashews* I love roasted cashews, my daughter hates them. Makes no difference; raw cashews taste very different. In fact, the soft sweet flavor will remind you more of bananas than roasted cashews!

This recipe will create about 15 delectable morsels, and it can be used as a base for all of your favorite flavors! Mix in a few extra ingredients, and ta-da! Your favorite cookies are ready to go and they are a whole lot healthier than before!

1, 2, 3- Bake!

Cream together sugar and oil. Add in the egg, vanilla, raw cashew, and any remaining wet ingredients. Mix in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in any nuts, chips or chunks. Place tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Cookie Base

7 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup finely ground RAW cashews
1 egg
1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Make It Yours

Cozy Chocolate Chip
3.5 oz (100g) chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks
White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut
-3.5 oz  White Chocolate Chunks or Chips
-3.5 oz macadamia nuts
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Super Peanut Butter
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup crushed peanuts
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Tangy Lime
-1 tbsp. grated lime zest
-Juice of one lime
